Basic Maintenance: This plan ensures that the minimum required maintenance is being implemented on all of your servers. Additional support/help is then paid for on an “as required” basis. We can also include laptops and workstations in basic maintenance on request.
Basic Maintenance + included hours: This plans includes Basic Maintenance plus additional included hours at a discounted rate for additional support or any additions, moves or changes to your current network. Support in excess of included hours is charged at our standard hourly rate.
Managed Services Agreement: This plan is ideal for organisations that are already spending significant amounts on support.
